It outlasts metal from 3 to 15 times or more and rubber and basalt 10 times to one.

Protection Lining
Pop-performance, elasto-ceramic low - friction anti-wear / impact lining consisting of solid, dense, high temperature fused ceramic tiles in white colour made from 92 % aluminium oxide, hot vulcanised onto black-coloured hi-grade rubber, including CN backing layer
High resistance of the fused ceramic,
Moh’s Hardness 9.3 – Diamante = 10, combined with the flexibility of rubber.
Form: 500 x 500 mm
Ceramics: thickness from 2 to 20 mm
Rubber: thickness can vary depending on applications

In case of temperature, the ceramic must be applied by bonding with EPOXY, MAXIMUM 180°C temperature. We can provide you these two compounds which make up the bonding kit.
